Duties & Responsibilities
— Web Presentations and demonstrations of Pearl’s dynamic software programs for automotive dealerships
— Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets
— Manage leads, generate leads, and follow up on presentations
— Proper utilization of Salesforce CRM to monitor results of sales presentations
Candidates will be responsible for all collections activities for affiliated companies with several active product lines. B2B collections mainly in the Automotive Dealership market. Other A/R related projects and various accounting functions as needed.
This is a management level position which will oversee up to 10 Inside Sales Representatives. The goal is for the Manager to lead by example. The candidate must be willing to do the same tasks as their subordinates, i.e. making calls, generating leads, etc. We believe this is the best way to cultivate a friendly, yet competitive sales atmosphere.
