Our current focus is restoring pre-owned vehicle profitability for our clients through the proper implementation and execution of our Pearl 360 vehicle marketing platform.
A National Sales Executive at Pearl will not only be responsible for generating and closing new business opportunities, but also maintaining relationships with their clients and taking a consultative role in the implementation and execution of Pearl’s methodologies and software. A National Sales Executive will lead a small team within Pearl that is comprised of an Integration Specialist, who assists in the data mapping and data entry processes required for new clients, and a Performance Manager, who will assist the Sales Executive in the implementation process and will ultimately be responsible for the client’s day-to-day needs with Pearl software. A National Sales Executive will also be allocated Inside Sales Representatives, who will strategically assist the candidate in generating new business opportunities.
Candidates must be either be extremely well versed within the automotive industry and the day-to-day operations of automotive dealerships or must possess a superior level of business intelligence and acumen that would significantly expedite their onboarding and training process within Pearl and adapt their skill set to the needs of the automotive industry.
Candidates will identify the challenges and issues that potential clients are facing within their business and build value using Pearl’s methodologies and software solutions. Candidates would also be responsible for ensuring that their clients receive a smooth and productive implementation of Pearl software over their first 90 days and maintaining contact with their clients on a monthly basis to ensure they are satisfied with their results on the program. Candidates will not only receive initial commissions for successfully contracting clients and getting them live on Pearl software but will also receive residuals for successful implementations of Pearl software after 90 days and 180 days.
Duties & Responsibilities:
–Generate new business opportunities for presentation of Pearl software
–Identifying the challenges and issues that potential clients are facing within their business
–Web Presentations and demonstrations of Pearl’s dynamic software programs for automotive dealerships
–Proper utilization of Salesforce CRM to monitor and track results of sales presentations
–Contract and close business opportunities with proper and consistent follow-up
–Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets
–Take an integral role in implementation, training and go-live process of signed clients
–Maintain close contact with client decision makers during first 90 days of use of Pearl software
–Provide strategic consultation to clients to ensure client achieves desired results
–Generate referrals from the book of business to strategically grow client base
–Experience in automotive retail sales or automotive technology sales is strongly preferred
–2 + years quota-driven sales experience in a fast-paced environment is required
–Excellent written and verbal communication skills
–Computer literacy and strong administrative abilities
–Superior levels of business intelligence
–Ability to work successfully both autonomously and as part of a team environment
–Well presented, driven individual with an entrepreneurial spirit
–Sales experience over webinar and in-person is strongly preferred
–Proficiency in Salesforce CRM is preferred
–Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
