Pearl Technology Holdings is currently looking for Performance Consultants to join our team. A Performance Manager at Pearl will go above and beyond to ensure that our clients realize their full potential through the correct implementation and use of our technologies. The candidate must be able to provide world-class consultation while also earning customer confidence, trust, loyalty, and rapport by improving the client’s overall business performance.
Candidate will provide strategic consultation to clients around their monthly and quarterly objectives, team performance, and campaign execution across multiple channels, including email, direct mail, digital and programmatic advertising. Candidate must be able to analyze client’s current marketing and advertising spends and calculate costs of customer acquisition for their existing marketing strategies and set benchmarks for short and long-term success. Candidates must coach clients to be product experts and train their teams on Pearl methodologies, so they can become increasingly self-sufficient. Candidates also must empathize with every need of the client experience, put client’s needs first and maintain high levels of client engagement and satisfaction with a focus on customer loyalty.
Candidate will work amongst a team within Pearl comprised of a National Sales Executive and an Integration Specialist who will work together and be responsible for providing an impeccable client experience from beginning to end and building strong relationships with clients. The primary objective of a Performance Consultant is to ensure that the implemented Pearl methodologies and software are consistently delivering results for the client.
PREVIOUS AUTOMOTIVE SALES EXPERIENCE OR EXPERIENCE SELLING DEALERSHIP TECHNOLOGY SOLUTIONS IS PREFERRED. Experience in a consultative client-facing role is also strongly preferred. Exceptional communication and analytical skills are required. Applicants for the Performance Manager position must be excellent trainers with superior phone skills, superior computer skills, and must possess the ability to multi-task and build personal relationship clients.

–Computer skills required; Must be excellent in Microsoft Office and SalesForce
–Must be personable with a strong attention to detail
–Bachelor’s Degree Required
